8 miles in the morning.

14.30 miles in the early evening.

Nice little breeze helped make the run quite enjoyable.  I need to make sure I drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.  That is for sure.

Katey and I went and looked at lots of houses today.  I was beat.  Hopefully we will be able to find something.  Their seems to be a lot of options though.  I ran over to the running store and met up with Hayden after he was done with work.  We ran down to Vernon Worthen Park and back.  Afterwards I ran back to my parent's house.  It was a nice run this evening.  I am truly loving this weather.  I averaged 6:21/mile overall.  This was one of the better days for me of running.

Good to see you made it down safe! I hope you get settled in soon. I totally envy you and Katey! How fun would it be to go from Ogden to St. George! I may be heading up to Logan which Jon and Cody are trying very hard to get me up there but just to be able to be in good company is worth it my friend! Now keep up the good work and dont lose your high altitude lungs down there!

By the way, good to see you ahead in the picture of Ogden. Now lets keep it that way.

Good luck with the house hunting.
