I had the team do a little relay to try and mix up practice a little bit and slowly start to incorporate speed work. I then did some more miles after practice. I ran from Bloomington Park over to the Dixie Center and back. It got fairly hot during the run. Legs felt really good this morning. I think most of the nasty pain is gone.
I would on our house for most of the day so I didn't get out for my run until late. I did another easy 8 miles out into Ivins. I am excited to be living out there because of all the beautiful scenery and number of running routes. Training should be good out there once we get all settled in. |
