AM- I really liked this workout. I felt really good during the 1 mile repeats. They were great. :) 200's were alright, I just need to learn to run on my toes!
PM- Easy 3! Kaelie and I had a great time running by OURSELVES! (coach!) Hill sprints and 100's were the best, like always. It was supa' hot today, hopefully it gets cooler soon. Anyway, figured out my battle wound on my knee is infected, so I put some hydrogen peroxide on it. Man! It hurt like a mutha cussa! :P |
