AM- I felt better on this workout than the one we did a couple weeks ago. I drank tons more water, so I was wasn't supa' dehydrated. I was not really pushing myself on the 30 sec. and the 800's, cuz I was so scared for the 1000's, but those weren't bad at all! I loved how Erin ran with us! It was a blast! PM- Easy (?) 3 to green springs. It was hard on the way there, but on the way back, I started talkin' to coach, and I went faster! Hill sprints and 100's are the best. I think they are my favorite add on to our runs. :) Weights were awesome. |
