Man, today's run really tired me. It was super hard too. I kinda fell behind for most of it. That run was like a tempo, hill, and distance run all combined. Yeah, it was pretty difficult. Starting our tempo is what got me the most. I got super bad cramps, than after that, my stomach started hurting, then my back began to hurt. But it was a good hard run, it will make me stronger. Yeah, for afternoon runs!!!!
PM- Super great.... I felt so much better on this run than this morning's run! I felt awesome! Lifting weights were the best! |
