Be a Crazy Runner

This was a super nice run.  I figured out why I don't move as fast as I want to in meets, it's because I do not lift up my feet.  In striders, I tried lifting up my feet, and it made me so much faster!  I can't wait for the meet this Thursday! :D

Well, this was the greatest speed work out ever.  I felt really good, especially on the 300.  It was awesome.  I stuck with the times for the most part.  I loved today's workout! :)

Well, this run was great.  Frida, Kaelie, and I decided to not get into the lake, so we went on without the other girls.  I felt super good on the 200's.  I don't know if I should be nervous or excited for the race tomorrow.  I am a little scared to do the 800.  I don't know how to pace myslef!  I guess I will just see how it goes.

I didn't get sub 6 minutes, but I think is was the wind that slowed me down.  But hey, I stayed right behind Mia the whole time.  It was great.

I beat my time from last year! (3:06)  Just think if there wasn't any wind.... 

Today's actual run:

Kaelie and I ran at the school this morning at 8.  It was great, I just couldn't move my legs fast, they felt really heavy.

Wow, 5 miles is way better than 7 miles!  I ran with Kaelie G. at the high school this morning.  It was a great/fun run! :D
