Well that was prolly the crapiest run I have ever had. I wasn't sore from last speed workout, but I did something to my hip and that was hurting me during the whole workout. In fact, it hurt every time I tried to go fast, that is why I was super slow. I was way sad that Taylor wasn't there to run that workout with me, because Taylor pushes me to go faster. Ah, well... I will do better next time. |
