AM- Easy 3. Felt alright
PM- um.. what the?! I was so ready for a trail run, but I guess 200's are pretty good too! I did great the first six. Then I started to back off... I feel so bad because it was right after coach said to run with the people you are supposed to.. I felt awful though. My chest hurt and so did my throat. And I am also stressed a bit about school. So that could've have done something.. Oh man, I just wish I could be up with the girls I was supposed to be... I hope I can do better next time. I only did 11. Should've done 12, but I could barely jog the cool down for the 11th one. My head was kinda' felt fuzzy too. Cool down was pretty good. Got to run with Taylor and Sarah.
