This run was great! I ran with Aubrey most of the run, since Coach and Rachel are speedy. Aubrey is a great running buddy. That hill was awesome. Nice weather too.

Don't say that! That hill was almost bad. But in the long run was great! Makes you faster! It's good for the body.
