I love 1000's! Pretty much the best workout in the world. I kinda took this workout easier than the other one we've done, cuz coach said not to go and kill it. So the whole time I kept on saying to myself not to kill it... My times were 3:40, 3:43, 3:46, and 3:50 something... I got slower every time. :P But overall, good workout. :)
