I felt alright during the 1000s, but it was in between when I felt ucky.  My first was too fast, I got 3:58, 2nd I got 4:06, 3rd I got 4:07, 4th (the slowest/hardest one) I got 4:16, 5th I pushed myself the hardest so I got 4:06 again.  After the workout, I got super light headed.  Yesterday my head kinda felt weird the whole day too, I had a headache and I couldn't think straight at all.  The heat is getting to me.  I think the reason I felt light headed today, is because of how I felt yesterday.  I hope it doesn't get worse.  I prolly just need to drink more water.  Coach, should I skip today's afternoon run to see how I feel?

Hydrate up and if you are feeling okay try and get it in. You may just have a touch of a cold or something that is throwing you off. But if you still feel junk (not from the workout, but sicknessy) then stop the run or just skip it altogether.
