Well, I wouldn't call this my best race...  I was way nervous to run with the super fast people today.  Right when we first started I kinda had a little stomach ache because of how nervous I was.  I hope I can push myself harder next week.  But this was my first Varsity race, so I guess I did good.  Now that I know how it feels, I might be able to pace myself better.  I kept on settling!  I got to work on that.   I want to keep up with Mia next race, but I just got to think it in order to do it.  Overall, this race was alright.

Don't stress it! It will come to you! Just keep working hard! And just a tip. That I tried. Just don't think about it so much. Like its good to be nervous, but just believe in yourself! And you will get results!

You did so amazing, Liz! Especially for your first Varsity race! I am so very proud of you! Keep on going!
