Did a nice hill workout! Some old man 800's. I didn't do my best the first hill, but the second I just thought of it as a tempo and not a hill workout, and I went faster!! I was leading the girls almost the whole way! Then coach came up and helped Ali catch up to me, and when she did, I kinda backed off, but then coach helped me too! And we finished hard! We're awesome, no big deal. :) I went back with Ali and we stretched a little. Good run!
