AM- easy 3. Had a nice discussion about our book!
PM- Felt pretty good. My legs just feel exhausted and sluggish today. But I stretched so it's ok! It wasn't my best hill workout, but I still ran hard! I always do so good starting out, then I let my mind get the best of me and I back off and let the other girls catch me and pass me. I just wish I had the same mental strength as Mia and Ali. I will work on that! Glad it wasn't two 800's today, I just feel like I can run so much faster when we do 400's. Weights were pretty good!
