AM- Easy 3, with some yoga.
PM- Timed mile! I got around my race pace I had last year! So that means I am not slowing down!! My time was 5:53. My PR from last year was 5:47, I'm just a little off, but I will get better as the season goes on. :) My start was completely awful, as usual! So mostly all the girls started in front of me, and I had to make my way around them during the first 200. I did that! I knew I could have just did a few quick steps and could've caught up to Mia and ran with her. But I let my mind win, and decided to take the easy way out... :/ I was able to finish 3rd for the girls team. Did some striders, and weights!
