I got 12th place in regions last year.  This year I got 3rd place and was the first PV girl.  I got "B" standard laces for Michigans!! :)

Super nice weather (I woke up at 6:30 this morning to run, so it wasn't hot yet).  I saw a bunch of chickens and one rooster on my run.... I say that was the highlight of my day.  They were awesome.  I am super sad I won't run with the team until High Altitude camp.  I will try to convince myself to run in Canada.  (but if I do run in Canada, they will be way short (2-3 miles))
