AM- I loved this morning's run! The 2 mile Indian run was the best. :) Every time we had to run to the front we had to pretend we were something that we are not (ie tree). It was a blast! 200's I tightend up again.... I love running!
PM- Easy 3 out to Green Springs. Supa' fun. It was REALLY hot though! I hurt during the sprint things we had to do (100s and the hill sprints). But that's alright, because I ate a banana. :) Hopefully that will help with my tightness. |
