AM- Easy 3.  Did a freshman race with Taylor and won! :)

PM- Easy (?) 4 out to Green Springs.  Ran with the boys for a little bit of it.  Felt really good today.  My leg hurts like none other...  I think Nicole bruised my leg when she was massaging it.... :P
