| | Nothing. Well, I actually ran down the street but my right achilles was feeling "off." It wasn't horrible, but I figured if it was bothering me this quickly, it wasn't worth going longer distances and making it worse. I think I jacked it on Saturday in Pullman wearing low cut socks with running shoes. Try again tomorrow.

| | Ran around the Wells loop. Not a fun route in the early morning darkness. No shoulder and nowhere to go when cars go zooming past. I survived though.

| | Ran through Fishers Landing to the secret street, then along the frontage road to Mountain View HS. Returned to 164th and then around the stake center and Timbers soccer center, Costco, and home. Felt good. Possibly my last dry and warm run of the year. Weather next week looks nasty...
