12 miles. I've felt tired all week. No soreness or muscle pain, but just general fatigue. Anyway, today that feeling was finally gone. Hopefully I've turned a corner. Either way, this is the best week I've ever had post-marathon. Usually I don't feel ready to run until Friday or Saturday and it's usually just 2-3 miles. Other than tired, I've felt great all week. I'll try and get my miles up again next week. |
