6 miles tonight after work.  After running through the park and over the river to Tigard I found some wood chip trails.  They aren't all that long but still fun to run on every once in a while.  I came out by the HS and then looped home via Boones Ferry.

6 miles this morning around the park.  There were a lot of dog owners letting their animals roam free.  So lame.

AM: 7 miles this morning around the Tualatin park, over the river and along the Tigard Bike path.  I found a new section of trail that I'll be back on soon.  Nice morning.

PM: 4 miles, 3 of which were in a pair of Vibram Five Fingers.  I loved it.  Absolutely loved it.  I can't wait to run in them again.
