7 miles by pushing the boys around the neighborhoods. Ran 4 with Ryan, 3 with Miles, and 1 by myself. Feeling good after a long break. Ready to get back to it.
AM: 6 miles in GP before work. Ran around the hospital and into Fruitdale, then home.
PM: 7 miles in Coos Bay. I ran 6, then ordered dinner. Ran around while it was being made, then picked it up and ran to the hotel. Can't beat City Subs for dinner.
9 miles at Lake of the Woods. Winter camping with the youth and I got 4 hours of sleep. At best. It was a rough night. I ran to the marina and borrowed a pan so we could cook breakfast which required me running 4.5 miles back to camp with a pan, lid, and spatula. Awkward.
