Not a good run today. My legs feel trashed from Saturday--much more than they should. It's not a fatigue issue, not a soreness. My left hamstring felt tight much of last week and yesterday my left hamstring and left quad were tender to even touch. Today was the same but it doesn't 'hurt' to run, just doesn't feel as it should. I'm due for a chiro visit or massage soon, so I'll try and get that scheduled soon. Boston (77)
