Blah. I ran the golf course loop twice and felt fine through 8 miles but the last 2 were rough. My stomach was still feeling the effects of Thursday night/Friday and I was had to walk multiple times to make it home. I'm glad this week is over. I cut short Monday and Tuesday's runs because of discomfort in my left quad and hamstring, Thursday I had stomach issues, Friday I was sick and today wasn't much better. Blah.
