PM: 6 miles in the park in five fingers. Feeling really good. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise to have some hip issues on Mon-Tues of this week. It gave my body some time to recover before one final push to race day. Either way, I'm feeling fresh and ready to race. Can't wait!
