Went for my long run for the week. 3 miles on the treadmill. I'm ready to get going on Monday.

Is that 3 miles planned for or because that's all your legs feel up to? I still have some soreness but I mostly have *weakness*!

Snoqualmie- The 3 miles were planned for. I wanted to keep things as easy/simple as possible this week but still do something. I actually wanted to go farther today but decided to keep it easy for one entire week. I'm sure your soreness and weakness will leave by the first of next week!

That is one of the hardest things about post marathon - you know you are in great shape and should be running long and fast, but you just can't.
