16 miles in Vancouver, Washington.  Great weather and I'm feeling good although I need to get more sleep at night.

Thanks Jeff. What time do you run in the mornings? And how much sleep do you usually get at night?

I am usually running on weekdays by 4:30am and I average about 6 hours of sleep a night. I go early so my wife has a chance to exercise before I have to leave for work (lately she has been going later in the day, but I still end up waking at the same time!) I feel pretty energized except for that time right after lunch and in the early evening. By around 10pm, I am ready for sleep.
