Run to and from track, warm up with some strides on the grass and two or three 100m dashes at 17s each, then 2 x .75 miles with half-mile jog between, target time of 4:00 each. 3:53 / (4:30 jog) / 3:55 Much better. Was in control, and feel I could've easily extended either one more lap for a 5:10 mile without being too winded. |
