Had to run a few miles to try out the new shoes I just bought. I have worn the same shoes since I have started running and now the Muzino is discontinued the Alchemy's. I bought some Oasic's and hoping they will work out. We'll see.

What kind of shoes does everyone else use?

Did 3 miles then rode the bike for 25 minutes then did weights.

Hope the shoes workout for you, its always hard to switch. I went through probably 6-7 pairs of shoes in less than a year before I found my mizunos wave and have worn the same ones for the past 6 years.

My last pair that I bought were Asics 2120, and I like them. I have run 700-800 miles in them, and they still work just fine. I also had a few pair of Brooks Adrenaline, but they changed them up a bit and then I got blisters. Good luck with the new ones!

I had always run in Mizunos as well and was going through a pair of shoes about every 3-4 months. When I started having my injury issues I switched to Asic's Gel Nimbus. I really like them - but I am a loyal person and feel very unloyal to mizuno.

I run in $4.88 fake-o crocs. You laugh, but I had tons of problems with my knees and/or hips until I chucked my real running shoes (Asics 2120, I believe). And I run a little bit barefooted. Crocs feel super-cushiony compared with barefoot. :)

I ran in Asics forever but now Mizunos. I like 'em both! When is your Atlanta race?
