Quick Triathlon brick before work. Did 4 miles on the bike in 11 minutes and 2 miles on the treadmill in 20 minutes. Slower than I would have liked but it was HIDEOUSLY humid in the gym. I ended up burning about 500 cals. Crazy for a 30 minute workout. Next week will show a rise in mileage. Must get more brick work in, as my Sprint Tri is July 25th. GACK! Time to get back on track for training. I can do all three separate no problem, it's doing them all TOGETHER that's really gonna tucker me out! I'm looking forward to it though. Need to go shopping for a Tri-Suit. **fear** |
