Running Accomplishments:

I'm a new runner (just started last year).  In that period of time I've done my first 5K (33:03), and my first 10 miler (1:53:11).  I'm now training for my very first triathlon!  I've also managed to lose 105 lbs in a year and a half.  I have 45 more to go.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I'm working on my endurance and speed.  I want to be able to complete my Triathlon, and also a Half Marathon this year.  I'm hoping to shoot for a full Marathon next year.

Long-Term Running Goals:

A dream goal of mine would be to qualify for the Boston Marathon.  I'm a SLOW runner, so this might be a LOT of work for me but I'll never know if I don't try!

Personal:

I'm a single, professional musician living in Ohio.  I also work a day job, so my time is limited.  But I'm determined.  :)

Quick mile at bootcamp on Tuesday.  Once my shows die down I'm going to have to work on increasing my mileage . . especially if I'm going to be running the Columbus Half Marathon in October.  Should start training for that very soon.

Ran in the heat and humidity.  Felt great.  Lots of energy, could have gone longer but had to get to rehearsal.

I'll slowly start to add more miles in the morning, once I'm done getting home at midnight.  :)
