Meant to log some miles today but between my schedule and the stress at work, my apartment is a DISASTER and I was low on food. Food=fuel and judging by my calories today, I failed in the fuel department. So I'm swapping around my days this week and getting in an extra 'active recovery' day . . . spent the evening cleaning and cooking. Now I'm all set and ready to tackle my week.
