Indiana 5K. 23:15 overall time, 7:29 pace.

Arizona 5K. 24:03 overall time, 7:45 pace.

1.93 miles Warsaw, Poland. 14:34 overall time, 7:32 pace.

1.77 miles Hashima Island, Japan. 12:51 overall time, 7:15 pace.

The only downfall of using ifit for my runs is that all their runs are short, so I am constantly running 3-4. Need to start taking some time to map out some runs so I don't keep having this problem.

Treadmill=Forcing you to run your pace!

2 mile warmup. 4xmile @5:50 pace with 4:30 jog (approx 0.5 miles) rest in between. All 4 were at 5:50, but I do feel like I 'cheated' a little on the last 2 and held on to the treadmill a couple times cause I didn't want to go crashing down. I am not used to running that fast on the treadmill. 2 mile cooldown.

1:11:48 overall time, 7:10 overall pace.

Arkansas 5K. 24:56 overall time 8:02 pace.

Hawaii 5K. 23:26 overall time, 7:33 pace.

Aubrey's first day of school. I am going to have to start waking up earlier (ugh), so that I can get in the miles I want before I have to get everyone ready for school. Had to jog Aubrey to her first day cause we were running late (due to me trying to get some miles in), and walked home.

30 minute Dirty 30 arm/ab workout+13 minutes eccentric upper

2 mile warmup. 5 mile tempo at 6:40 pace. 2 mile cooldown.  Warmup felt crappy, but tempo felt great. Got up earlier so I was able to finish cooking down right as the girls were waking up.

New Zealand. 1:05:30 overall time, 7:16 pace overall.

Slept in an extra half hour and then ran 4.01 miles in Iceland on the treadmill. 8:07 pace, 32:37. For Aubrey ready for school and walked her to school and then finished my 3 mile loop pushing the double stroller. Felt nice not to be on the treadmill, but it has been a few months since pushing the double! 

Pilates 21 day fix workout in the afternoon.

Long run. 18 mile loop to Yucaipa, down to HWY 38, over to Mentone and back home. Felt pretty good today. High today was 106 degrees, so the last 40 minutes of my run were starting to get warm. Last night I didn't want to do a long run at all. But I found that the anticipation of a long run is worse than actually doing a long run, and I actually really enjoy being out and running a long time. But I sure do miss running buddies. What I wouldn't give to have someone to run with even for half of a long run!
