| Woke up at 6:20 for some reason. Laid in bed and then just decided to get up and go. So glad I did because the day warmed up fast. Headed up Shadow Valley up to Skyline, down the big hill, around the old South Ogden tempo loop, finishing around my Sinclair loop, to the post office, and back home. Great run. (8:23, 7:51, 7:21, 7:28, 7:29, 7:20, 7:31, 7:44) 7:44 average pace 1:01:06 total time

| Cross training day. Too hot to take the girls out in the double stroller (really not looking forward to the days when it is too cold, but I will try not to think about that right now!) Nike Training Center 30 minute workout. I will probably be sore tomorrow! Definitely recommend the Nike Training Center app to anyone with an iphone/itouch/ipad!

| Ran 4 miles with double stroller. Find that my pace is much slower when I am pushing the double, but I feel like I get just as good of a workout. Perfect morning. It reached 100 degrees today, but when we went out just after 8, it was overcast and sprinkling. Perfect! 8:57 pace 35:49 total time

| 3 miles to the Pavilion. Wanted to go longer but my stomach wasn't handling it today. Turned around and headed back home. Kinda stunk because I got to go on a run by myself. But got some miles in.

| Hiked/jogged Ben Lomond Peak with Cameron. Forgot the watches! So I am using the mileage from the trail signs. Hiked most of the way up with a bit of jogging here and there. Took up 2.5 hours to get to the peak. Ran most of the way down, and got back to the car in 1.5. I slowed Cameron down a bit, he would have kept cruising the whole time, but he was nice and kept waiting for me. It was a good indicator of the shape I am in. I am definitely getting into shape, but I am not where I used to be 2 kids ago. Maybe someday. Loved the run. Overcast skies, light breeze, and some rain showers. Wonderful day!
