Hiked/jogged Ben Lomond Peak with Cameron. Forgot the watches! So I am using the mileage from the trail signs. Hiked most of the way up with a bit of jogging here and there. Took up 2.5 hours to get to the peak. Ran most of the way down, and got back to the car in 1.5. I slowed Cameron down a bit, he would have kept cruising the whole time, but he was nice and kept waiting for me. It was a good indicator of the shape I am in. I am definitely getting into shape, but I am not where I used to be 2 kids ago. Maybe someday. Loved the run. Overcast skies, light breeze, and some rain showers. Wonderful day!
