5 Miles this  morning outside. The weather waas awesome and I was so happy.  I just found a nice side road by my house and ran up it, there were nice ponds and it took me up to this really fancy neighborhood so I got to look at all these big fat houses and that was entertaining for me. I like running outside so much more.  No way could I have done 5 on the tm today w/o wanting to kill myself.  But this felt great!

6 miles!!! It is amazing what our bodies can do if we put our minds to it.  Like literally, I can't believe I ran 6 today, since just 4 short weeks ago I was hardly running anything and starting out dying at 2 miles.
