My first trial run after physical therapy - 2 miles on the treadmill. My tailbone didn't hurt at all. I was aware of my right hip socket, but it wasn't what I would call painful at all. Yea!!!! I'm happy to be running again!! I'm going to see the PT a few more times, and keep my mileage low for a few weeks. It's amazing how quickly my body was willing to let go of a good habit. The first 4 days, I was literally itching to run, but then ... sitting around was feeling pretty easy. |
