I should've gone on Saturday. Lazy bones - no better excuse. Today felt good though. I kept it slow and took walking breaks when my breath was really labored. I also took Mike's iPod, which was a fun distraction with upbeat music. It's funny what a little music can do. Those commercials that say "Life needs a soundtrack" are right on!

I went to the chiro again and he took x-rays of my low back. We didn't get a chance to go over them; but as I was leaving, he said from a quick look at my x-ray, it's obvious my pelvis is off and it looks like the hip joint is wearing down a little. Ugh. Not what I wanted to hear.

Laura, yikes, if you can't run for a while, hit the cardio hard on a bike, swim, something. Legs question, yes St.George is very tough on the quads with the steep downhill portions of the course. TOU was and up and down course with the downhill not that steep. Although St.George is a faster course, TOU is much easier on the legs. I am no doctor, but, it seems get the alignment problem taken care of, you down want to wear down you hip joint at your young age. I am a worry wart, take your vitamins, calcium, also, glucosmime, MSM, choration. JointFlex vitiamins, they are expensive, but the really work. I guess I can't help but give fatherly advice as you and Lybi are about the same age as my two daughters. Take care, get healthy.
