3 miles in the trail/park with Dawn and Laura. I added 2 more afterwards when they headed home. The back of my right leg hurt when I started (straight behind the knee), but it seemed to do better after a while of running. This is the spot that hurt after my 2 last long runs. I'm not sure what's causing it. It feels like I hyper-extended my knee and hurt the tendon back there. It gets better after a couple of days; but it's still slightly worrisome. Anyone know what might be causing it??? |
