3 miles in the trail/park with Dawn and Laura.  I added 2 more afterwards when they headed home.  The back of my right leg hurt when I started (straight behind the knee), but it seemed to do better after a while of running.  This is the spot that hurt after my 2 last long runs.  I'm not sure what's causing it.  It feels like I hyper-extended my knee and hurt the tendon back there.  It gets better after a couple of days; but it's still slightly worrisome.  Anyone know what might be causing it???

No injuries! Be careful, be very careful! We don't want anything to ruin your very first half marathon!

I am not sure what it is but these are the things that always surface when nagging injuries start:

1. New shoes - is it time

2. Strechting - are you stretching enough

3. Ice bath - not the funnest 10-12 min of your life, but worth it

4. Take it easy on your pace

You probably know all this already, but I am a slow learner.
