Took a different route - less hills and all sidewalk. (I usually take a trail that's a little hilly.) It was a beautifiul Autumn morning!!!!

I need to remember to take my knee brace tomorrow and difinitely to the race on Saturday too because my knee keeps trying to flare up and slow me down. Hip felt great.

You are racing on Saturday? That is so great! I'm glad that your hip is doing better. My knee has been doing lots better since I got new shoes. Taking new trails is also fun. I get really bored really quickly when I take the same path too often, so much so that I start to dread going running. I had to take new path today too. :)

Well it's almost here and it sounds like things are coming together! Your patients and persistence has paid off! so glad that the hip is cooperating too!
