Well, I was too tired and wimpy to run this morning, but I still got in 4 miles this evening on the treadmill.  Felt great!  Hopefully I won't pay for my late night too much tomorrow.  ha!

Your great to get on the treadmill. Mine is totally in need of a good dusting!

Actually on the hike it took me and another guy to get her through it but I think it was totally a great learning and growing experience for her! She went home with me the next moring and took care of some of her "things" and then rode back out that evening with another leader and stayed the next two nights!

Hope you had a great day! Mom's in town, so if you need to call her, she's here.

Good job keeping it up with Mike gone. You are a lot tougher than you look. I still remember when you hauled all the broken-up concrete from your looooong driveway by YOURSELF! Even though you have a able-bodied hubby twice your size. He he he. You are the best.

Good job getting in the runs even when you didn't feel like it! That treadmill was a great purchase it seems!
