Today, I went to the YMCA to work out. They have a "track" but you have to run 14.5 laps for 1 mile. So, after 1 boring mile of counting (and tight shins, for some reason) I decided to jump on the treadmill for the other 2 (and the tight shins disappeared). But there were no TVs or music - or even a fan to keep me cool. After I finally got to 3 miles, I went downstairs and did some arm/shoulder machines. Felt great. Boy, my arms are wimpy though! |
