I always have a hard time running when my husband is out of town.  Even though we have a treadmill, I'm just so exhausted by the end of the day.  But I finally ran on my treadmill tonight -- haha, he's getting home tonight.  Bit of a last minute repenter, aren't I?

You definitely have been running around a lot--no breaks for the mommy! I hate it when James is out of town. I don't sleep well, I tend to eat stupid stuff (such as leftover peas) for dinner, and I hang out in my pajamas too much. This run counts double!

It is always hard when you are on your own. When my husband is out of town, all the rules go out the window. Dessert for breakfast, staying up late, way to much eating out and kids sleeping in my bed. It has become a little tradition the kids and I look forward to.

Nice work love. 4 miles on the dreadmill, way to finish strong!
