[Once again, I forgot to post yesterday]

Funny weather!!  Tues and Wed were in the upper 70's and then today (Thurs) was snowy. Once the snowing stopped, the sun came out.  Since my girls were still asleep, I told Mike I was gonna go running (the roads/sidewalks never accumulated any snow because they were so warm from the day before).  But we chatted for a little while, so by the time I got out, the snow had melted off the trees, the wind had kicked up and more snow was falling (but not sticking).  Oh well.

My hips are going through some strange adjustments.  I had wanted to run yesterday (Wed), but they acted funny every time I took a side step; so I just waited another day.  The run turned out fine - no pain during or after.

What the...snow?! INCONCEIVABLE!

Good job on your run, Laura. Out of curiosity, you should try running barefoot (just a mile to start) and see if your hips feel any better. When I wear running shoes, my hip and knees start to complain pretty dang fast. Nice clean sidewalk is the best surface, I think. Don't do grass! Stickersville.

Glad you had a pain free run! I completely agree about the weather!
