On the trail with Lynn the whole 8 miles. I was really happy with this run, not just because it's the longest I've ever run, but also because our pace was very consistent the whole time. I felt great the whole time; no pain. But an hour after I got home, my tailbone has been getting worse and worse. Time to go see the chiropractor again. Even icing and staying off it isn't helping much. Bummer.

I was thinking about you the whole run, Lyb. I hope your race went well!!!!

Sorry about the tailbone pain, but YAY for the long run- great job! Got any races coming up?

Oh you sweetie! I was thinking about you too. 8 MILES! Most impressive! That was the longest I had ever run until just s few months ago (that's farther than I ever ran all through high school cross country, even. You are making great progress. A word about the tailbone--get thyself to the chiro, and maybe even your sport therapy guy. I have seen this happen so often on the blog that someone gets a nagging injury, but they train right on through it, and soon they are REALLY injured and it takes months to get better. An ounce of treatment at the beginning of a problem is worth a pound later!

Congratulations on you longest run ever!! Quite an accomplishment! I completely agree with Lybi - Take care of yourself before you become a couch potato like me. Keep up all your great work and TAKE care of yourself (Very hard for all Moms to do!!)

Way to go with 8 miles - you are amazing! Keep up the good work, I'm so jealous.
