My hip was still a little sore from my run yesterday, so I did Yoga before a short 3 mile, easy run on the treadmill. I like yoga - I should do it more often.

Running AND Yoga. You really know how to make a husband feel like a lazy bones.
Do you feel like the yoga helps your running? I'm off yoga right now because the class at work got cancelled because of low enrollment. I guess I could do it on my own at home.
I don't do yoga very often, but last night it did seem to help relax and ease the hip pain so I could run. I've heard from many different places that yoga is the key to injury free running; I'm just too lazy most of the time to do it.
