6 Miles behind the Capitol.  It was a little slushy so I had to wear my clunky trainers.  55:08  9:11 ave.  Legs dead, didn't have much time, stomped out 6 and went home.  I hate running in trainers.

15 miles Behind the Capitol, along 11th ave then over to the new U of U track, it was closed.  My garmin died during the run, but I got the distance from the start to the track.
