10.1 pm miles 9:11 ave 1:32.46  B St., 11th ave, Capitol, home.  Tired today, this run was work, looking forward to going to bed.  Do it all over again tomorrow.  Hating the trainers, I think I'll run in some flats tomorrow, still a little too wet, slushy and icy for Crocs, maybe Friday.
