4 miles on the track.  ran late evening, very nice.  38:33  9:38 ave.  Ran after big Sunday dinner, not very wise, but I wanted to get some miles in, even if it were four slow miles.  2 miles of barefoot was very nice.  Looking forward to more and more barefoot miles each week.

13.08 miles, up to the top of City Creek and back.  I have never seen City Creek so green.  I was incredible.  Pretty warm day, nice to run in some heat, but not too hot.  2:01:14  9:16 ave.

I wasn't trying to run fast, just make it to the top and then come back down.  What a terrific run this was, absolutely beautiful.  I've this run several times, I think I'm going to do it a little more often.  What a day!
